A Prayer for Easter

Calvary

As we join in worship in this Easter season,
Waken us, Lord, to your living presence.
You are among us.
Help us to find you here.
You are in the world outside this place.
Help us to find you there.
You come to us in unexpected ways and in unexpected places.

Help us to find you in the unexpected.
You show your face to us in faces we do not recognise as yours.
Open the eyes of our hearts and minds.
As we join in worship today,
Waken us, Lord, to your living presence.
Amen
